"Excellent location! 3 minutes walk to the Grace Bay beach. Lots of dining options, shopping and groceries. Our room had pool view. It was clean and spacious with in unit laundry and full kitchen. Overall an excellent stay."

"My room had all the things you would need for a week long vacation. It had a washer and dryer, mini fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay."

"We loved our stay here. Beautiful, clean, spacious, great communication, had everything we needed. VERY quiet which we loved but if you're looking for the hustle and bustle of nightlife and lots of people, this isn't it. You will need a car because it's pretty far and theres a 10-15 minute drive on a very quiet, dark and dirt road, watch for BIG potholes. Restaurant is not reliably open. Don't depend on it. Would most DEF stay. here again. "

"Everything was fantastic - except having to stop first at another site to pick up the key. It would be much easier to have a lock box. It took a while to get a taxi from the key pick up location, because the shuttle only shuttles guests from airport to key pick up site. "

"The hotel was very nice , clean , quiet , and fully stocked with towels , dishes, beach chairs , cooler and etc . Finding the location and retrieving the location when you don’t have great service is a NIGHTMARE. Check in did take quit some time and WiFi did not work the entire stay . Other than those few things I would stay again . "

"Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! Hope to be back someday soon. "

"This property is well managed. Customer service in all areas is great. Taci, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager was sweet and provided us with assurance we needed for any help we needed during our stay. The food was really good as well. The breakfast everyday was delicious. Also, every Tuesday night, the hotel offered open bar from 6-8 in appreciation of the guests. Nice touch! Let's review the beach area, well....in my humble opinion the beach was way nicer and larger that the Ritz Hotel Beach. Needless to say, the beach at this hotel is breath taking and the service was really nice too. Overall, a fantastic experience."

"My family of five got to stay at the Sands in the week leading up to Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, beautiful landscaping and very clean. Our rooms were basically little condos with separate bedroom, two baths, kitchen, living area and plenty of outdoor space. The pools and beach are super convenient. The restaurant on site was above average, and we really appreciated the staff there bringing us drinks on the beach! The town nearby is easily walkable, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options there. I had rented a car to get from the airport to town. I'm not sure if that ended up being completely necessary - probably not - but there was easy parking at the Sands. I let the Sands staff know when we were leaving that we really appreciated the friendly, super attentive staff who worked there. The guys working to set up umbrellas and beach chairs were especially helpful and honestly everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly. I honestly can't think of anything worth criticizing or complaining about! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. And even the one day where it rained, we were still able to get some breaks in the weather to enjoy the ocean. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sands!"

"The staff was amazing from the concierge Tushae who set up all of our excusrions for us the manager DeAndra who help set up a birthday surprise for my wife. The guys who work the towel and chairs spot were great the quantity and quality of chairs were good. The pelican bay on site restaurant was awesome breakfast lunch an dinner Also filled with awesome people bartenders Herby MJ and Val server Joel all were great. Walking to other eating and shopping spots (grocery store) was about 1/2 mile good use for the free rental bikes on site. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Pools are nice. We enjoyed every bit of it. "

"The Hotel was in a great location. We had a view of the marina which was beautiful. The hotel had umbrellas to rent to take to the beach was a great option to offer guest. I would highly recommend Zenza. I would definitely stay there again in the future."
