Professional service with an informal, friendly approach. Relaxed environment for customers throughout the hotel, which is not an easy art to implement… kudos to senior management and the operational team!

Beautiful and lovely service

The hotel is beautiful with stunning Field and mountains surrounding the hotel. Very open with a good carpark. All the staff were fantastic and accommodated for my medical needs without any issues. I will be coming back here next time I'm in the lakes

Great hotel

Great stay, clean and well presented hotel. Bedroom nice with excellent shower. Breakfast was buffet style but with good quality produce and was very tasty. Enjoyed our stay here, would come back.

Excellent location for lakes getaway

Excellent location for getting away from it all with superb walks from hotel. Views from hotel are to die for. Hotel recently renovated and rooms well thought out.

Brilliant location

Visited solo for some fell walking. The location is unbeatable for whole day walks direct from the hotel up to nearby fells like Dale Head, Great Gable, or Newlands Valley to Cat Bells. Hotel was all good, comfortable modern room, well run, amazing views from the room. Food was excellent.

Stunning location for this gem

Very clean, friendly staff, stunning location, we can't fault the hotel. Had our evening meal here and my wife had her breakfast, both were of a high standard with an ample amount to satisfy our appetite.

Great hotel in lovely location. On site restaurant excellent. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great standard and we traveled with our dog so he had his own dog bed towel and bowl! Defo be back

Large hotel offering good sized rooms, comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast. There's a restaurant on site as well as a bar along with lounge areas. The views are amazing especially when the sun shines. There are plenty of opportunities for walking, a large carpark and a bus stop only a 2 minute walk away.
