Me and my wife had an awesome experience staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and can help you find everything you need. There is no better spot to stay in if you are inIstanbul for site seeing. I can also recommend their guide service for $120 US I had a complete personal tour of all the important local sites and it was excellent worth every penny.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. Its close walking distance to some of the most prominent attractions as well as to the tram. The view from the terrace restaurant is incredible. However the rooms are pretty average. Our room constantly had a smell (may be due to being closed and heat on). The temperature can only be regulated by opening the windows as the heat is constantly on. I would rate this as a 3-star hotel par with a hampton inn in the US.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Cleaning staff great. Great location if you want to do the tourist sites. Accommodated us by allowing us a 2 hour late checkout. Room was small. No English channels on the tv. But really an overall great little hotel.
