"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. "Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives."

"We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were pleased to be offered an early check-in. All the staff - both at reception and in the bar/restaurant - were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our suite was clean, spacious, and modern, with a stunning view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection each morning. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, especially around the pool area, where we could unwind on sunbeds while drinks were brought to us. The hotel is set in a quiet location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest shops, bars, and restaurants, down a scenic winding road. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return."
