"The location was extremely convenient. It was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I would have given it 5 stars but the first 3 days I unfortunately had to complain about the same two items. Finally with the assistance and persistence of Justin Pack, Front Desk Agent, the these problems were resolved. Although for these minor hiccups, I would recommend this hotel, and return for another visit."

"It’s not fancy at all.. but it’s a safe and clean place to lay your head. Fridge and microwave were a nice touch! Front desk was friendly and accommodating (make sure you pay attention to the closing time, it’s not always open so could be an issue for late night arrivals!) Great location near 75 and the beaches. Would stay here again if needed on a budget!"

"Our stay was excellent unfortunately, the elevator closest to our room was out of order and the only other elevator available was in and out of functioning properly. So we had to take the stairs more then we would have liked to. Thankfully the staff was great and the hotel was very clean. "

"I can’t say enough about our recent stay at the Bellasera Hotel! The property as perfect for a little sun and fun getaway. My husband and I went with our 23-year old daughter. There was something for everyone either at the hotel or close by. The 3-mile radius shuttle was incredibly convenient as were the beach chairs and umbrella service. Oh and the free bikes were great too!"

"Naples Bay Resort met all our expectations as far as location, transportation to and from desired locations like the beach and downtown. The room was great and as described. The entire facility was beautiful and was represented well on their website. Eating on the grounds is pricey, but Naples is pricey in general. "This is a great throwback hotel of Old Naples. We got a double queen with a kitchenette. Room was squeaky clean. The grounds are immaculate. The breakfast is about what you'd expect. No gluten free options, so be prepared. This will probably be our "go-to" hotels in Naples from now on. "

"Great stuff. My wife forgot her rings at the hotel. Very valuable. The stuff took it from the room and put it in lost and found. When we got there they helped us to find it and was very kind. It was a very stressful moments when we realized that we are missing this rings. Big thank you to the lady the hpuse manager who was there to help us with this stressful situation. "

"The Escalante is excellente! A real haven right on 5th Avenue and an easy walk to the beach although you don’t need to walk as they provide a cart to take you. The pool area is great too and as there aren’t many rooms, it was easy to get comfortable sun loungers. I have stayed at major chain hotels all over the world and our stay at the Escalente was right up there with the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Excellent Hotel and Restaurants

"Excellent stay!! Would highly recommend the property. At first we were initially worried due to some of the negative reviews on this site. The day we were supposed to arrive, our flight was cancelled. Called hotels.com to see if we could change our reservation. Hotels.com contacted the hotel who changed our booking without cost and changed us from Sat-Sat to Sun-Sun without any issues. Hotel staff including front desk staff, restaurant staff, and breakfast staff were extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. Harold’s place has excellent food and drinks at a very reasonable cost. Pool is clean and warm. Hotel is close to many public beaches. I have absolutely no negatives about our stay. We are already planning our return to the property next year!"
