This hotel has an excellent night-time manager. They resolved an issue with Expedia that had turned into a chaotic mess. I highly recommend this hotel because of the staff—both the night and morning teams truly represent what customer service should be. Great location and a comfortable stay.

Frustrated that the website said free crib use. Then when we requested it prior to our arrival we were told it was not available with our room, that we needed to upgrade to fit a crib. WE brought our own and it fit easily. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom needs updating. The grout had lots of mold growing around it. Breakfast had a great selection.
