"We have stayed in the Scotland Hotel a few times in the past, amongst other places in Pitlochry. We choose the Scotland because of its close proximity to town and all the amenities, now that my husband can no longer walk up hills.
The room we were allocated wasn’t what we requested, but Lori arranged a move the following day, for which we are very thankful. When in our room we love sitting looking at the views over Pitlochry, and that’s why we made the original request. It was a thought to move all our stuff on the second day but well worth it. The room, although a bit smaller than the first, was beautiful, with a tremendous view, no complaints at all. Bigger is not always better.
Staff at reception were all so helpful, as were those on breakfast duty. Plenty choice for breakfast. We don’t mind there being no other meals on offer, as plenty of places close by to choose from. God willing we will be back next year for our annual visit. "
