"It was a very nice little apartment, very modern, and convenient for the train. It has a washer/dryer unit plus a complete kitchen. There were large windows which let in a lot of light. The only thing missing was a microwave. I was very happy with my stay here."

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "Excellent stay, all facilities were clean and in great condition, exactly as shown on the pictures. Short walk to the station and very close to trams and buses. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"Overnight stay at the airport just to catch an early flight. Very convenient to be close. Quality of hotel was Radisson standards - very good. It was hard to locate the hotel at the train station level. No signs there. Would add those. "

"I stay at Ruby hotels whenever I can. Mimi is within blocks of the train station so you can walk to the hotel but you do not feel that you are in the station area. The Limmat is just outside the front door so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lights on the water at night. Decor at Mimi is as fabulous as it is at their other locations. The bar area is great and there is a restaurant on site. Rooms as comfortable and clean as always. The staff was exceptional at Mimi so I commend them...

"Beautiful property. Housekeeping does a good job. Front desk staff is alright though not particularly welcoming even though they know customers have traveled from afar. They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange. "

Quick come and go

"I don’t have much to say about my stay. Landed late in the evening. It was super easy to get to this hotel from the airport via tram. Basically checked it, went to bed, and headed out early in the morning to the next destination. It was a cute, unique hotel with very friendly staff."

"I stay at Ruby hotels whenever I can. Mimi is within blocks of the train station so you can walk to the hotel but you do not feel that you are in the station area. The Limmat is just outside the front door so you can sit and enjoy the view of the lights on the water at night. Decor at Mimi is as fabulous as it is at their other locations. The bar area is great and there is a restaurant on site. Rooms as comfortable and clean as always. The staff was exceptional at Mimi so I commend them and thank them for making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything in town is within walking distance so convenient if that is what you are looking for. Thank you Ruby for yet again another great stay. "
