"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gloucester Holiday Inn. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in our first visit to Gloucester. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and beautifully prepared, and the staff very helpful. Our stay was very good, and we fully appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow."

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
