"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done."

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. "Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....
