"We only stayed here one nigth to break our stay before traveling to the other side of Kefalonia. It was perfect, just what we were looking for. Rooms are very nice, the place is cool looking, the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very good. The view was relaxing as well. Also there were a few charming little restaurants close by. "

"Stavros was very helpful in getting us an apartment upstairs for most of our stay which was lovely as the sea was in view from its balcony, and we did prefer it to the ground floor apartment. Stavros and his family couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming which helped to make it a special holiday. We liked Skala and the Main Street was nearby although the Alexander apartments themselves are in a quiet road near the edge of town. We hired a car and really enjoyed exploring the island as...

"As the booking was made we had a very good instinct that this was the right property. From viewing the pictures we were not expecting the Kitchenette, we were able to eat cooked breakfasts and dinners on the balconies and made our trips easier and lighter to focus on activities. We could not ask for anything more, customer service was exceptional and proves one doesn’t have to stay in big hotels or chains. "Dina and her son Chris were amazing hosts and so friendly! We arrived late but they kindly waited up to welcome us. The family run business is in a quiet location where they grow their own vegetables and keep some animals, perfectly away from the tourist hustle but close enough to walk to the waterfront and restaurants. Would rate this at least 3 stars as is much nicer than other hotels we've stayed at with this rating both in Kefalonia and other countries. Definitely recommend and hope to...
