World Cup hotel experience
Very cozy nook with a restaurant 10 feet from your room. Staff was great all around. (Try the lamb dish)

Не привычный опыт проживания в бывшей купеческом усальбе. Отель расположен в исторической Татарской слободе, на берегу оз. Нижний Кабан. Есть, где прогуляться, пешком до ул. Баумана (местный Арбат) минут 10. Отель очень приятный, завтраки (шведский стол) проходят в красивом купеческом зале.

Прекрасный отель в национальном татарском стиле Хорошие чистые номера, очень приветливый персонал, Отель находится в центре города, все в шаговой доступности, При отеле очень хороший ресторан национальной Татарстарской кухни, Ужинали здесь в последний вечер (так как надо резервировать заранее, так как мест свободных не бывает) В ресторане есть тредицмонные блюда из кончины, гусей, уток Есть акиде блюда из печи ( но их надо заказывать заранее) Цены умеренные, приготовлено все очень вкусно, обслуживание так же на высоте

Все замечательно!
Казань посещаю третий раз. И снова получили отличные впечатления! Муж и ребёнок в восторге! Проживали в полулюксе, все супер. Единственный минус - запах канализации в ванной. Персонал милейший, кухня вкусная. Посетили мастер-класс по выпечке эч-почмака. Восторг!

отличное соотношение цена-качества
очень удобно расположенный небольшой чистенький отель. Останавливались с коллегами на одну ночь. Бронировали 4 номера. Все четверо остались довольны. В номерах есть все необходимое. Очень хорошие завтраки. Персонал - отлично справляется со своей работой.

Хорошо, но есть досадные мелочи
Отель хороший, но несмотря на обещание в условиях бронирования окна в номере не было, как и не было места на парковке - из-за приезда "важного" гостя все места там заняло его сопровождение. На все мои обращения по окну и стоянке персонал не реагировал. В завершение, в номере нет щетки и пасты для чистки зубов и мне её продали за 50 рублей. Эти досадные мелочи бросают пятно на в целом хороший отель.
