"There was no WiFi available in my room but was it was available in the restaurant. I'm questioning why there was an ashtray in my 'non-smoking' room. Human hair in the bedding when I checked in and faulty plumbing that leaked water over the bathroom floor. Overall the hotel needs upgrading."
