"It’s a great location and the hosts sent plenty of detailed instructions and rules prior to arrival. The lack of access to a regular front desk and the parking concerns due to cruise ships’ blocked off restrictions for the wharf gave us a little worry that we don’t have with hotels. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and the unit itself had great amenities. The pros definitely outweighed my unwarranted fretting. ;) Thank you! Next time will be easy peasy! "

"The Ramada was a lovely hotel, it is up the top of Auckland city and a steep walk down to the waterfront. Our check in was smooth and easy, our room was well furnished and comfortable. I did notice there were no tissues in the rooms ,a hand towel for the bathroom and no chux wipe in the kitchen to wipe the bench or table down with. The receptionist Tyler was so polite and very helpful to us helping ping us out with queries. We read some issues with the wifi, but our wifi was great."
