"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"When I first got here on the bus it started out a little confusing where exactly this place was. But was I found found the place the check in was easy to do. But the property manager Alexander was an excellent help during my stay. This resort was very quaint and excellent for couples who is visiting the area."

"Property is in a good location in front of a beach and a 20 min walk to the marina which is beautiful and has lots of great places to eat. The gardens are also close by with a great playground for kids. The unit wasn’t cleaned throughly and showing wear and tear. Additionally for a long term stay you had to pay an additional cleaning charge if you wanted it cleaned or new linens. The pool was closed for long term maintenance and we were not informed prior to checking in which was frustrating...

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day. "

"We loved the place. We were in a small courtyard with 5 rooms sharing the small pool, but for the first 2 nights we were the only guests which was lovely. The room was large, and each room is unique. If I had 1 criticism of our room it was that the bathroom was very small. The bed was comfortable. We paid for the breakfast every morning which was delicious and very good value. And Aggeliki who helps run the place was delightful - she couldn't have been more helpful. "1st of all this is my 3rd time at the Mediterranean beach hotel. I adore the place . The staff are helpful and always smiling . The room was clean and i got an upgrade to superior sea view room , as a Expedia gold member with a bottle of wine and late check out. As for the breakfast u can find everything from omelette to English breakfast plenty of sweet choices and bread choices. The underground parking is very convenient and safe. We got a cake also for our anniversary. By the way the rooms are spacious and there is a kettle in the room with water coffee milk and tea. The spa ia very clean . We used the indoor heated pool . And the outdoor area is very clean and nice to chill or for.a nap. "

"Nice hotel in a central location near to the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Yusuf at reception. I arrived before the official check in time and my room was not prepared but he immediately found me another room which was ready. Top service. "

"The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay."
