"Roko was an incredible host and this property is exactly where you want to stay to be in the middle of all the action in Split. Walkable to absolutely everything. Yes it is on the main strip which gets busy in the day, but the suite itself is quiet and comfortable. Plus the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Views of sunrise and sunset. "We had an interesting 2 night stay. It didn't start out great, but got better. Our room in no way looked like what I had purchased from the photos. I paid for a large, superior room with a king bed, hard wood floors and lots of light, (I thought). What we got was; a queen bed in a small room with carpeting. "The location of this hotel is excellent, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from for a great night's sleep. The room and bathroom are fully equipped, with strong water pressure and hot water for a relaxing shower. The breakfast menu is delicious, and you can order whatever you like. "The service at this hotel was excellent!! We had forgotten our passports in Hvar and it was an stress-free experience getting them back thanks to Katja. She was also amazing at letting us know about the area. Bruno escorted us at 5 am with our luggage to an Uber outside the old town walls and waited with us until it arrived. Service like this is what makes you want to come back. Tremendous."

"VIP Rooms is an excellent choice for access to Old Town Split. It is in a very safe area and easily walkable to everything. There is a great coffee shop across the street. Communication on check in and parking could have been better but all worked out well. Listing could be clearer on how rooms are accessed to be better prepared. Overall a very nice place to stay. "
