"Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The wifi in the room was not the best, but that is understandable since the access points are in the halls. It is hard to penetrate the walls when the access point is more than 30 meters away. Luckily, the room had an ethernet port for my laptop to plug in and the internet was top notch. I really loved the waterfall shower head. "

"My only small complaints about the room were that I wished the lukewarm shower got a little hotter, and the windows were quite dirty. However, In general the hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. I'd have to say the good qualities far outweigh the bad. "Convenient to transportation, stores and business district. Clean rooms and comfortable room size. TV is not user-friendly to set up wifi. Step by step instruction should be provided so porter is not needed when unit has been reset. Setting up date and time to match available password in not intuitive. Netflix was not useable as 1 user locked out all other users with password. Hotel bathroom needs 1/2 size water- resistant curtan to cover toilet during showers."

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. "Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it."
