It was an amazing experience, I really liked it and the buffet food was so delicious and the restaurant team the way they worked was very good and the manager or supervisor the woman, a very hard worker I’ve never seen her like that the one that wore black and white stripes and black leggings I’ve never seen a woman work and manage like this before. I liked everything in the hotel and it was very close to golden sands beach just 8-10 minutes walk no more than that. "Horrible staff, unhelpful for your prices I was shocked to have zero small bottles in room and to be charged for one coffee pod, using your in room machine which failed to heat water and then having an employee chase me through the parking lot for one Euro after just paying €254 for two rooms for one night. Rooms were sparsely outfitted, tv’s were far too small and channel selection very limited. Overall, a one star rip off. Recommend that the owner try a night in his property to see how bad it is"
