Hotels.com website description shows the room booked is an air-conditioned room. The hotel staff informed me that the booked room has no AC. They gave me a room on the third floor, the room was hot @94 degree. The fan did not help. I asked them to give an AC room and I agreed to pay the difference. They insisted that I should make a new reservation with full payment with no credit for prior booking. I had to move to a new hotel after spending 4 sleepless nights at the hotel. I spoke with two reps of Hotel.com and they agreed to get back to me within 72 hours but never heard back from them. I will sent the details of my experience with Hotels.com to BBB. Customers beware.
