A very local experience

Posizionato ai piedi di un costone di roccia, appena sopra il piccolo villaggio di pescatori di Finiky. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, la nostra camera si trovava nella parte più alta della struttura e ci permetteva di avere la massima privacy di giorno e di notte. Una grande piscina a fianco della reception, è disponibile per tutti i clienti. La stanza, un bilocale di grandi dimensioni, con tre posti letto, un bagno ampio con grande doccia. Un piccola cucina, dotata di piastre elettriche, frigorifero, bollitore, stoviglie e posate, tostapane, ci permetteva di pranzare/cenare quando non avevamo voglia di andare al ristorante. Il personale, molto cortese e gentile, pronto a soddisfare eventuali richieste. La posizione, regala bellissimi tramonti sull'isola e scendendo al vicinissimo paesino di Finiky, di soddisfare il palato. Se potessi, ritornerei subito.

Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter und äußerst hilfsbereiter älterer Herr. Das Zimmer wird jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und man erhält frische Handtücher. Es gibt einen Fön, alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien und sogar ein kleines Bügeleisen. Auch Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrtuch sind vorhanden. Safe gibt es allerdings keinen, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt. War aber auch nicht notwendig. Uns wurde nichts entwendet. Die Wände und Böden sind sehr dünn. Man hört leider andere Gäste und ihre Bewegungen lautstark. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Viele schöne Pflanzen. Der nette Herr ist für die Anliegen der Gäste auch immer vor Ort. Man kann sich auch für Mietauto und Rent a Bike an ihn wenden. Er vermittelt gerne. Top Gastgeber, schöne, saubere ***Anlage.

Heerlijk verblijf met ZEER zorgzame eigenaar

Zeer rustig gelegen goed onderhouden complex met nette kamers en mooi uitzicht. De eigenaar(zeer vriendelijke man) zal alles in het werk stellen om er een fijne vakantie van te maken. We hadden even problemen met de airco maar deze werden supersnel opgelost .

Absolument génial

Absolument génial. Le lieu est insolite, composé de chambres avec coin kitchenette équipé, table chaises, lits, armoire, toutes construites à flanc de montagne dans un style un peu 80's, à la fois un peu vieillottes mais refaites à neuf par endroits. Il ne faut pas avoir peur des escaliers. C'est très calme et une impression d'être au bout du monde. Chaque chambre a une terrasse avec table et chaises où on est extrêmement bien surtout le soir, entourée de fleurs et arbres de l'hotel, avec une belle vue sur la mer et le port de Finiki, une brise vraiment agréable. On peut acheter à manger, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (frigo, vaisselle) et manger sur la terrasse mais ce n'est pas adapté à des grosses cuissons. Les propriétaires Maria et Panagiotis, un couple agé, ne parlant pas super bien l'anglais mais aux petits soins. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue, peu chlorée. Il y a peu de monde. Le seul point négatif est le wifi, qui ne marche pas bien du tout dans les chambres dans les hauteurs. Celles qui sont près de la réception se connectent sur le wifi de la réception, qui marche bien. À quelques pas de l'hôtel, il y a des marches (raides) qui descendent au port de Finiki. Nous avons trouvé un supermarket à Arkasa, à 5 min voiture pour les besoins quotidiens (eau, glaces, boissons...). Le petit-déjeuner coûte 10 euros par personne, il est fait par Maria et servi par Panagiotis. Avec quelques variations, il est à peu près identique tous les jours.

Chambre 1. Elle était un peu moins agréable bien que le wifi marchait très bien. Panagiotis nous a changé de chambre le lendemain, sans que nous lui demandions.

Everything was lovely. clean and tidy. The owners are lovely and the area overlooks the sea and the fish harbor even more. The apartment is fully equipped and very convenient to use if you choose not to have breakfast. warmly recommended!

Excellent rapport qualité -prix ( accueil++++)

Hotel simple maisTrès joli dans un beau jardin, très belle vue, très propre. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain correcte.Belle piscine avec transats et parasols.5 min à pied du charmant petit port Et plage ( transat et parasol: 5 euros pour 2) où on trouve un très bon choix de restos pour prendre un pot ou y manger!Mais Ça descend et donc au retour.....un bon petit déjeuner, tout est bien frais: jus d'orange, fruits,fromage blanc Et raisins confits, pain. Je termine par l'accueil chaleureux de Panaiotis,son attention à nos moindres demandes Les jeunes gens qui assurent le service petit déjeuner et l'entretien des chambres et du jardin sont aussi super Bref nous sommes très contents de notre choix!

excellent séjour à finiki view hotel

Hôtel de confort simple mais bien entretenu. Avons passé un excellent séjour, tres bon accueil, service efficace. Petit port de Finiki adorable avec tavernes à bon prix et accueillantes, bonne nourriture. Jolies balades à faire si voiture , peu de circulation et de touristes en septembre.

a great place to base from

More hotel owners should learn from this hotel how to give hospitality for courtesy, care to guests. The hotel is small, but in a very good location. however your own transport is recommenced /needed so you can really see the island and search out your own special beaches ( often to yourself ).

Accueil sympathique du propriétaire et de son épouse ou l on sent un grand professionnalisme ! Notre chambre donnait sur la mer et était très confortable ! Le petit déjeuner est de 7euros mais de qualité et quantité ! Piscine sympathique ! Petit bémol sur la vieille télé à changer Le propriétaire tient également en famille avec son fils un restaurant sur le port sur je déconseille vivement ! On m a servi une sole déplorable avec un accompagnement pas terrible Beaucoup de sourires mais cuisine attrape touristes !!bref lui préférer de loin celui juste en face le dophin qui mérite ses bonnes évaluations !

Perfect hosting. I was with 2 kids and they took care of everything! Quite, lovely, clean, nice sweeming pool and a wonderful hosting that I ever experienced..
