"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/...

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel).
