"The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10."

"This property exceeded our expectations. The friendly owners communicated with us through the whole stay via whatsapp. It was clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal. "Chisomo was fantastic. The manager Steven (or Stephen?) was wonderful and ever present. Food was great and plentiful. Rooms were everything you’d want. The property - pool, walkways, dining area - were all very well maintained. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the activities were very well-executed and planned. Drivers/guides/trackers were wonderful (knowledgeable, friendly, professional, etc.). Highly recommended. "

"Great little place if you want to avoid some of the more exorbitant places in kruger. Saw the big 5 after a day and a half, plus cheetah, giraffe, hippo and plenty more. The 3 nights we stayed was plenty. "

"I will write in my language because I can express myself better. Foi a melhor experiência que meu marido e eu tivemos. Desde a hora que chegamos até a hora de ir embora. TODOS colaboradores do hotel sem exceção foram fanáticos, nos sentimos como parte da família Naledi. Tivemos um momento incrível na noite do jantar que meu marido estava fazendo aniversário, eles preparam tudo com muito carinho. Os drivers foram fantásticos, super divertidos e atenciosos, a comida de todas as refeições super saborosas e criativas.Eles merecem muito mais do que 10 estrelas. "Karongwe River Lodge is simply PERFECT! We couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a incredible view of the river, where we often saw various types of animals (crocodiles, giraffes, impalas, inhalas, hipos, and more). The staff is very welcoming and thoughtful to our every need. Very kind people indeed. We incredibly well received and treated by every single person who assisted us in the lodge. Really remarkable! The meals were also very good! Fresh, made with care, very well cooked and plent. I think we even put in a few pounds in three days lol Nevertheless the greatness of everything, the game drives were the high point in our stay. Truly amazing! Bethuel (our designated ranger) and Ludwick (tracker) were the best! Very competent at their work and incredibly nice and kind people. We enjoyed every minute in Karongwe! And we certainly are coming back soon! "
