"Pros: Beautiful cabins in a nice location Cons: Staff not helpful. The property is far from the city center and walking 1 km to the bus stop with cold weather is not so easy for everyone, taxis are expensive. "

"Great apartment, catered to everything you needed. Particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine tablets and the hairdryer. It’s in a very good location, close to the bus stops, the shops in the centre and the Radisson blue where lots of the tours go from. Check in and out very easy, and efficient. "

"Our check in wasn’t easy. We were given keypad codes for the building and our room but what wasn’t explained was that you had to use the larger keypad to put your room code in so that you could get your door key. In the apartment, everything was provided but out of the 6 glass tumblers we had, 4 had chips on the edge of the glass which was dangerous. We reported it to Reception staff and they changed them straight away which was good! The cutlery drawer needed to be wiped of crumbs but other...

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."

"Our stay was great. The apartment was clean and modern. Very convenient to have a kitchenette and washing machine. The place is above a great bakery, several grocery stores and other restaurants nearby. A bus stop is right there as well. We thought it was a great value for what we got. Only problem was the check -in, we never received the key box code, but a staff member came out and got us the keys."

"The house is a bit outside town in a separate peaceful island. If you like more peaceful location, this is a good option. The town itself is easily reachable if you have a car. Multiple grocery stores are also nearby. The suite was well equipped and is suitable for two persons. The owner was also nice and we had easy communication with her of the practical accommodation matters. "

"We checked in on December 25, and rented our own car at the airport to drive to the cabin. Along the way, being Christmas, we did not realize the ferry was not working. It made our drive three hours longer than expected. In the future, I suggest letting guest Know ahead of time about the ferries. "Huge impressive villa with loads of space and a grand balcony perfect for viewing the Aurora (which we did nightly in early September). Nice short walk to the local Extra supermarket. Would have been 5* if the undertaking to meet and introduce us to the villa had been fulfilled. No one came and some aspects (eg the cooking facilities, the wonderful coffee maker; the microwave etc - all actually very impressive) took us a few days to understand and manage."

"It was in a convenient location and had a lovely cosy lounge and bar area. The view from our room overlooking cable car was beautiful. Rooms are not very big so be mindful of sharing a twin room although there were lots of hooks etc for jackets and clothes. I think it was missing a kettle .. be Great to come in after a cold day and make a tea. You don’t need to supply the tea but be great if you supplied a kettle"

"I had emailed in advance about early check in and understood it was based on availability. The rooms became available while I was sitting in the lobby. Would've been nice if someone had mentioned it to me as I was right next to them. That's my only complaint. Everything else was exceptional! "
