Very poor, 2 attempts to check in as no one was in reception. 5 night stay and room was only serviced once with my used towel remaining on floor for 2 days and bed made only once in 5. Will not use this hotel again. Well Overpriced.

2 day stay
The rooms do not have air conditioning and were pretty stuffy. I asked to move up to the second floor to be able to open the window and they accommodated no problem. No ceiling fan or fans either. The bed an TV is nice, the sofas are kind of old looking.

Kändes tyvärr lite smutsigt med spindlar och spindelväv, en silverfisk i sängen!!! Restaurangen inget vidare. Visste inte om vad de hade på sin egen meny. Det tog jättelång tid att få maten. Vi hade beställt köttfärssås och spagetti från barnmeny, det kom en jätteportion som var väldigt stark, inte alls barnanpassad. Veg maten hade en grönsaksbiff, lite lite för en vuxenportion, jättehård pommes.. nä, ingen höjdare. Badrockar jättehårda. Fönster gick inte att ha öppet litegrann, väldigt varmt på rummet.

Middagen som serverades var väldigt enkel och ingen information gavs vid bokning. Frukosten var en besvikelse med kallt bacon och kalla stekta ägg! Svårt hitta ett bord som var rent.

Saker som kan förbättras
*Rum och allmänna ytor kunde ha varit bättre städade (flugor och spindlar på fönsterkarmar/golv mm). *Porslin var dåligt diskade (kaffekoppar, äggkoppar). *Tallrikar ställdes fram blöta så vi fick torka av dessa innan man kunde lägga på tex bröd. *Diskad porslin kanske inte behövdes plockas fram när vi åt frukosten. *Brödrost fungerade dåligt. *Porslin förvarades i lådor och dessa var i vägen/utdragna när frukosten skulle tas från bänkarna ovan.
