Alles in allen ist es ein empfehlenswertes Hotel in rückwärtiger aber dennoch zentralen Lage. Allerdings fehlen hoteleigene Parkplätze und man sollte wissen, dass die Fotos sehr gekonnt und geschickt aufgenommen sind. Der eine oder Eindruck weicht dann schon von der Realität ab

Vor der Buchung zu klären

Entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung roch das Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch und war in früheren Zeiten sicherlich ein Raucherzimmer, auch wenn das Hotel jetzt als komplettes Nichtraucherhotel gilt. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Es kam die Reinigungsdame mit Febreze, was natürlich nicht geholfen hat. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne mit einem Brauseschlauch, aber keine Möglichkeit der Befestigung. Einen Duschvorhang oder ähnliches gab es auch nicht. Wer also gern duscht, sollte bei der Buchung explizit danach fragen, sonst gibt es quasi nur eine Badewanne. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und das Frühstück völlig ok. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr schön.

Die Begrüßung war sehr nett. Allerdings hat man uns auf ein zu Fuß 10 Minuten entferntes kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus hingewiesen, obwohl vor der Tür Parkplätze frei waren. Angeblich Kurzzeitparkplätze. Es standen aber mehrere ausländische Kennzeichen über mehrere Tage hinweg dort. Haben keinen Strafzettel bekommen oder sonstiges. Wir haben dann auch dort geparkt. Eventuell haben Sie eine Vereinbarung mit dem Parkhaus, wo sie mehr Umsatz generieren. Check out ist bis 11:00 Uhr. Um 9:00 Uhr hat die Putzfrau einfach die Endreinigung durchgeführt, obwohl wir unsere Karten noch nicht einmal abgegeben haben und nicht aus gecheckt haben. Das nenne ich mal einen Rausschmiss. Frühstück war okay. Aber aufgrund des Rausschmisses kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben, weil das ein no go ist Einen Gast so zu behandeln.

Das Angebot an Wellness-Anwendungen war riesig, leider konnte ich manche gewünschte Anwendung vor Ort nicht mehr buchen, weil kein Termin mehr frei war. Die Privatsauna und das Floating waren aber wunderbar!! Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig, jedes Schließen der Zimmertüren ist auf dem ganzen Gang zu hören. (Leises Schließen bedarf bei dem Automatismus der Türen den ausdrücklichen Willen des Gastes, welchen viele Gäste leider nicht besitzen)

Дружелюбный и приветливый в пяти шагах от центра.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи . Как плюс, халатик в детском размере ждал на кроватке. Номер у нас был улучшенный с балконом , и что важно !!! балкон был с крышей. Рядом номера без крыши , на дворе осень . Вид на город хороший. Номера простые , но чисто убираются , в номере все необходимое . Из мыльно- рыльных нет кондиционера для волос , берите с собой, кто не может обойтись . Завтраки и ужины разнообразные и вкусные , да без особых изысков и «расподачи» , но от всего сердца , разносольные и вкусные . Кофе без ограничений .Будите сыты и довольны. Про СПА . Бассейн большой с гидромассажем .Отличный комплекс из разных видов парилок и душей и охлаждающих моментов . Все на высшем уровне . Решен вопрос «в купальнике или без в парную?» -предоставлением специальной простыни. Это 4 этаж . На 8 этаже огромных спектр услуг как косметических , так и лечебных . Есть 9 этаж с хорошим уровнем аппаратной косметологии. Еще в качестве рекомендаций, советую брать резиновые тапочки для процедур. Если вы летите в аэропорт Карловы – Вары и не хотите добираться на перекладных автобусом , рекомендую запросить трансфер у отеля. Всему персоналу огромное спасибо от нас за внучкины каникулы!

A more modern choice in Karlovy Vary

The hotel is nice and more modern than the many hotels in Karlovy Vary. while I'm not a big fan of the shag carpet in the room, the room is large, and the quite functional. The hotel could do a lot more to inform the guest of what available prior to them making a choice though. We used the spa, had massages, and visited the slat pool, all were top notch and affordable by American standards. Having stayed in a number of hotels in KV, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

조식이 진짜..

조식먹으러 다시가되될꺼같음. 벌꿀집그대로 먹는신선함. 다른 호텔이랑 차원이다른 신선한 조식이였음. 안그래도 조식이 맛있다는 체코인데, 가공품으로 채워넣은 잼이 아니라 직접 만든 잼, 벌꿀 주변도 조용하고 관광번화가도 가까워서 아주 좋았음. 수영장도 좋고 테라스도 보기좋고

Всё было очень хорошо!

Нам отель понравился. Хорошая логистика: SPA, лечебные процедуры, фитнес, бассейн - все в одном месте. Очень хорошее питание! Могут быть трудности, связанные с расположением отеля на горке, очень крутой подъём, но для нас это было как дополнительная физическая нагрузка.

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis - keiner Relation

Nach Zuweisung des ersten Zimmers, sind wir aufgrund des Gestankes fast rückwärts aus der Tür gefallen. Es wurde geraucht, obwohl es als Nichtraucher Zimmer deklariert war und eine Strafe von 50€ angedroht war. Anstatt, dass das Zimmer gesperrt wird, wurde es vermietet. Auf Anfragen nach einem Tausch hieß es - kein anderes Zimmer wäre sauber. Am Abend hatten wir uns entschieden, entweder anderes Zimmer oder wir checken aus. Danach war plötzlich ein anderes Zimmer frei. Zimmer sehr schön, das Design des ganzen Hauses ist sehr schön, steht aber in keiner Relation zum Preis von über 150€ pro Nacht. Der Wellnessbereich ist nett, aber mit 4 Ruheliegen für 4 Saunen viel zu klein. Es gab zwar weiterhin Sitzsäcke, aber die waren nicht sehr bequem. Früh dann der nächste Hammer - abends wurde uns ein Kärtchen gegeben mit dem Hinweis das Auto umzuparken ins nächste Parkhaus - 300m steil bergauf. Früh wollten wir unser Auto holen, hieß es plötzlich am Parkhaus 280 CZK Gebühr. Es wurde keine Kreditkarte akzeptiert, man muss wechseln gehen ins nächstgelegene Hotel - mit Wechselgebühr etc. War man dann schnell bei 15€ für 280CZK, obwohl der Kurs bei 25,6 CZK lag. Vorher keinerlei Information dass man den Parkplatz bezahlen muss. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Aber für die Hälfte vom Preis, gibt es direkt an der Kolonnade gleichwertige Hotels, bei denen Parkplatz etc. enthalten ist.
