"Da vi ankom skulle vi kontakte et nummer som ikke tog telefonen, men ringede tilbage kort tid efter. De var meget behagelige at snakke med. Vi blev positivt overraskede over at få et værelse med eget bad og et lille køleskab. Da vi kom ind på vores værelse fandt vi en brugt snuspose på gulvet og en stor klump hår på badeværelset.
