"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. "I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay! "
