"Had a great stay at the Best Western. Check in and parking was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and felt nice and cozy. 3-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Fussen is a safe, quiet and picturesque town close to the castles and the Best Western is the place to stay when you are here. Would definitely stay here again."

"We checked into the property with friendly and welcoming staff. We were offered parking in the garage for a good rate, and the staff was very helpful with our questions. Breakfast was great, many options and tasty. The property is quite large and there were several hallways and doorways to get to our room, which was a little inconvenient with having to open multiple doors with luggage- I suppose this was to mitigate noises from others, but it wasn't too bad. "We loved our stay at this hotel!! If you are looking for an Authentic Bavarian German hotel then this is it!! So perfectly located near shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the castle. It was charming, lots of Character and so convenient to everything. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and staff was very hospitable. Highly recommend!! 10/10"

"Hard to find but once there, location is wonderful for the mountain views, good for walking into town. Lots of local commercial amenities. One person elevator only! Underused facilities? (Whole spa set up in lower level not in use?) Good hotel a little off the beaten track for traveling couple but not really handicap accessible."

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."

"Clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location in the hearth of old town. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Onsite parking at the back of the hotel. We were not impressed with the breakfast, we went in for breakfast at 9 am, one hour before it ended, and they were already out of croissants. "

"Location is excellent: shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. 10 minutes walk to the old town and tourist attractions. Helpful staff. Standard doble room with terrace is quite tight. Double bed is just ok although a small double size. There was a very small wardrobe with only few hangers and one shelf only. There were no other cabinets for clothes. Modern bathroom. However, there's a lack of some privacy due to its glass walls."
