Good location and clean hotel

The hotel staff was very kind and she gave us summer cards which we could use at many places for free or with discount. The location was also very good. One point I would like to underline is we thought electric kettle was placed in our room, but actually there was no electric kettle there. Nevertheless it was very cozy to stay there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was quiet, clean, modern, and a great value. It also included the Zell am See/Kaprun Summer Card which saved us a lot of money at local attractions. The host, Helga, was really nice and answered all of our questions to make our stay even better. We would stay here again.

We received a warm welcome from the staff at the Orgler who arranged a late check in as our flight was delayed. Although we arrived outside of the hours the front desk is open, a member of staff came back to the hotel to resolve an issue we had with an internal bedroom door being locked. A

Modern well kept property, nicely decorated, reasonably sized rooms with basic but comfortable furnishings. Very pleasant restaurant served good food at reasonable prices but seemed to be under used. Large modern ski room. Decent sauna, free for use of guests.

Excellent hotel/apartments close to town

Really good location. Close to ski hire shops and good restaurants around. Covered safe car parking and spoitlessly clean sound proof apartment. Lots of hot water for shower and lovely and warm bedrooms and living area. Would highly recommend. Good for families as well as all adult families. Breakfast good. Would have enjoyed an English channel on TV. All else perfect. Ski room warm and spacious. Didn't use sauna.

Good overall

There no service, you do everything that is the policy of the hotel. They took 80 euros as cleaning fee at the end while i found the room not that clean when i reached. The receptionist took 35 cause iam checkout 11:00 insted of 10:00 AM. When she issued the bill, two baby cots are there while i took just one and two days parking fee while i did not use it. So i was keeping remove items .. be careful. Very nice location.

Enkelt att resa med barn i olika åldrar. Allt från parkering i garage till att ta hissen upp och hänga pjäxor på värmning över natten till att slinka ner till den vänliga restaurangen. Fräsch och trevligt
