Our booking showed a hotel room and when we arrived we were shown to what was apparently a "guides" room. The room was small, dark and dingy and was closed with a lock on a latch. "We booked 6 months ago. No record of our booking upon arrival. The young woman didn't even look up my name; she just said:" You want a room?" Missing and then compleyely indifferent staff were difficultto locate. Was given a choice of 3 small, sterile, concrete rooms, when we had prepaid for a larger Family room. The room we got had sheets that had not been changed, and we only got one new clean duvet cover for a room with 2 single beds. Had to request another towel. We used our own sarongs as...
