"One of the best B&B i ever stayed in. The room was big and spacious. Even though there is no lift to the 3rd level (highest level) but it was a short climb. The entrance location is in a small lane so there will not be much noise from the main road. Additionally, they have a washing machine which is helpful for traveller who needs to have a clean sets of clothes."

"Checking out after hours with no staff on-site was a nightmare, especially when I called for assistance, but the staff on the other end had no knowledge of the hotel’s situation. How were they supposed to provide accurate information to help guests leave smoothly? In my case, I had already checked out, and my room key had been collected by the machine. So how was I supposed to open the gate? On top of that, the gate—which had no access control—led directly to a Cosmed pharmacy, with a sign...

"I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is close to department stores and street food, and the rooms are very clean and modern. Most importantly, however, the staff at this hotel were some of the best I've encountered. Thomas and his team were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They gave me great tips about the city and made my trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, espcially because of the excellent front desk team...

I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay. "

"Really enjoyed our stay - the room was really clean, and comfortable. We really liked this particular room type - separate room, toilet and living room. The staff were all friendly and would occasionally smile whenever we walked past. We liked our housekeeper who we always greeted every morning (except on our check out day). Location was convenient - to many food places, metro, can walk to attractions, etc. One point to improve on could perhaps be to inform the guests of their room number...

"Hotel is located in a convenient location. Close to red line metro and across the road to Central Park. The hotel starts to show its age but room is maintained well. Bathroom is on the smaller side. The rooftop restaurant is great and something that would draw us back just for the unbelievable breakfast!"
