"This hotel is at most 3 stars for condition but 4 stars for the friendly staff and close to a lot of attractions. There is no restaurant at the hotel but many choices close by. Parking is available and free. The receptionist could not find our reservation so we were delayed quite a bit but she was so nice to upgrade our room. "The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. The check in staff was always very friendly and willing to help. While the hotel may seem like it's down a back alley, it's actually very walkable down to the corniche area and to numerous other amenities, like a grocery store and shops.
