Nice place

A really nice accomadation in palochora + comfy beds, balcony, tv in both bedrooms, really good wifi and aircontition, good kitchen and big rooms also the bath that usually are small in greece. An excellent owner with a good communication and made us laugh 😁 - everything looked clean, but the shower and wall was not, maybe a mistake...?

Il proprietario di Neapolis si ě sbagliato perchě ha confuso la nostra prenotazione mandandoci in un appartamento alternativo: era super-scadente!!! Il bagno faceva schifo, in cucina era presente un solo cucchiaino, la persiana era rotta, i materassi erano scomodissimi e i cassetti dell'armadio non si.aprivano

Great place and location

Second time here and it's a pleasure! Best location by the sea and great restaurants and food main city senter(you can reach everything in a walking distance from here) and historical places. The room was clean and newly upgraded looking fresh and with all kitchenware to make food. Also tv with different channels, balcony and quiet area Thank You Valandis and family for a great stay ! We will come back :)

Close to the beach

A very comfortable studio very well equipped. The manager upgraded us to a better studio without charging us. The beds were the best beds we ever met in Greece. The balcony was big and had comfortable furniture. The wi-fi connection was unstabile and often not existing - in the rooms anyway. We booked through Hotel.com and the only minus was that Hotels.com informs that the money not will be drawn and is to be paid at arrival at the hotel. In reality the money were drawn few days after ordering the studio, but it was a studio worth the price. ****

Hyggelig lite familiehotell ved stranda og i byen

Vi hadde stor leilighet med stor veranda og fantastisk sjøutsikt. De største leilighetene er nylig pusset opp og har blant annet fått nye senger, hyller og skap. Stedet ligger praktisk talt på stranda, men også sentralt i Paleochora. Hyggelig vertskap.

Nous recommandons!

Super accueil, l'hôte est super sympa, les chambres spacieuses et fonctionnelles, à 2 pas des restaurants et il y juste à traverser la rue pour être à la plage. On peut garer sa voiture en bas de l'hotel, parfait car à Paleochora pas facile de trouver à se garer.

Traumatizzante. Frigorifero rumoroso adiacente al letto. Piastra fornelli adagiata sul frigorifero. Armadio a muro di 1 metro larghezza e 1.5 metro altezza senza appendini. Stanza matrimoniale piccola non adeguata alle norme di sicurezza. Bagno cieco con odore di fogna, senza bidet, senza mensole o piani di appoggio. Rapporto qualità / prezzo totalmente inadeguato. Ci siamo rifiutati di alloggiare. Disagi per ricerca alloggio alternativo.

Decor and facilities in need of some TLC. Did not tell us about mosquitos (caught 17 on first evening !) and had power cut overnight and still off when we left in the morning.

Greatest value for money ever

Modest accomodations, but with all amenities, like shower, balcony, AC and a fridge in addition. There was no TV but who needs that with the beach only an arms length away...Room was clean, atmosphere friendly and informal, manager very helpful. The manager even drove me to the bus station when I thought I'd miss the bus. I had one of the most relaxing vacations ever for the lowest price ever. And I fell in love with Greece.
