Conveniently located hotel with good dining options within walking distance. Amenities a little lacking. Breakfast food was not hot but good quality. Coffee not hot either. Bar area a little sub par. They did give us complimentary gift card to neighboring restaurant. Overall a great hotel with a solid 4 rating

The only thing we were not happy about was paying for parking. The cost of the stay is enough that paying $2.00 a day to park in the hotels parking lot is ridiculous!

Closet stunk like some kind of strong toxic chemicals!!!!! Couldn t even open it much less use it!! Had to change rooms because of this and the other room closet smelled the same! Bought a candle to drown out the smell. The staff looked like they could care less and just stood around and talked. It would have been nice to have “some” kind of assistance moving to a different room. The coffee makers are cheap and make a terrible cup of coffee!! Will NOT be coming back ever.

Let me start first with a very impolite people that are working on the front desk whenever we ask any questions. Second off all is the room cleaning, out of 4 nights we stayed the room was cleaned only once. Third is the bathroom, the water pressure was so low and the ceiling was disgusting. Over all for the experience we had it’s definitely not worth to be called a Hyatt hotel because it’s ruining the reputation of other Hyatt hotels that we stayed in. Better avoid it at all costs, don’t believe the nice reviews out there.
