I was extremely impressed with this hotel. It was clean. The breakfast was good. Our room was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The gal at reception working evening shift was super amazing great customer service however the first gal day shift was abrupt and very not helpful or friendly. She definitely could've done better like the gal in evening said they would've gladly let me check in just a bit early and that's not how they do there.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is very clean, staff is kind and helful. Beds are conformable. Breakfast is always good. They allow pets and both stays the rooms have been very clean.

I liked talking to the desk clerk , Nick, he was very nice & helpfully about places to eat around town . Breakfast was always good . But i didnt like that i never could link into hotel WIFI to check email etc. I had the correct password but would not work for me plus your office computer center internet didnt work either. Very upsetting when i was trying to get directions to places. And still couldnt check my email.

When it appeared that my Expedia rez was for yesterday, the front desk was able to generate a very nice room and gave me a break on the daily rate. I have had issues using Expedia in the past and while this failure was probably my fault, I will be avoiding Expedia in the future.
