The bathroom smelled like a sewer, had to always keep door closed so it wasn't so bad. People next door could be heard when talking and playing music. Couldn't change rooms because they was sold out. All close area's was very dirty.

At check in no service carts ,none .had to make multiple trips to the 5 the floor. Also no valet parking.long walk to & from the parking lot. next visit to KC it will be at a different hotel.
