"The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. " It says it is all inclusive total lie! When you check in, they give a time sheet for the food service. No alcohol is included, no canned drinks (nonalcohol) included, you can not even get coffee, they have a set timing for Turkish coffee if you want to drink. We still checked in and a room was given we went upstairs and the bathroom was dirty. My nephews, my mother and I was supposed to stay together at the family room. "We booked a full size bed with a small twin bed, non smoke room. Upon arrival we noticed that we did not get the room we paid for and got a smoke room. We kept the air on and a window open but no relieve with the smell. The room was freezing due to trying to get rid of the smell. The only blanket on the bed was a small one person blanket with holes. "A brand new hotel with lovely outside pool. Could be outstanding if a few issues were addressed. Only a very thin blanket was provided for bed cover. Not warm enough. Breakfast was poor. No cereal, toast, fruit juice or coffee that you expect everywhere. The airconditioning could not cope with heat coming in the window so room.was uncomfortably warm."

"The entire Rain Garden team is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the place super clean and comfortable and the beach only 2 min away. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is directly at the beach front and has great food and milkshakes. We felt so warmly welcomed and so safe and so relaxed and great at Rain Garden. Will return ASAP!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights. We easily upgraded our room on arrival. The breakfast on the terrace was very good, large portions with fresh ingredients. Dinner of grilled fish and salads was delicious. Swimming off the deck in the cool water was amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "
