"One of the most memorable views from a hotel room I’ve ever had the privilege to experience. The view from the terrace is unmatched both day and night, assuming you have a clear sky for star gazing. The room itself was comfortable but quite tired. Lots of scuffs, wear and tear. Clearly it has been much loved for many years but is in need of a minor face lift. "We booked so we could go on the Grand Cliff Walk from Wentworth Falls to Scenic World. We chose here because it's not far off the track in case we needed to go take a break. However, the weekend was the worst weather, so we didn't end up going. But still, we had a great weekend away in Katoomba, and our room was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (no noise from the carpark or from neighbours). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again. "
