"The hotel was terrible, messy. Cigarettes smoking all over. The receptionist was not helpful. We really did not able to stay. We left and did not stay, looked around for another hotel which was far better. We tried to cancel, but it was not allowed."

"This property doesn't seem to exist, it certainly isn't in Padang Besar. The property owners would not respond to any request for information. It should be removed from Expedia for fraud. Edit: There is nothing wrong with this review. It's all I got. Be specific as to what you don't like. Edit: Nope, no violation of any of the things you listed. You will have to be specific. "As a 3 star property this did not disappoint. The location was convenient for us as we had an event in the event hall next door. There are only 3 stories and a lift was available. Rooms near the swimming pool can be noisy from the swimmers (mainly children) The property is quite far from town so having your own transport is an advantage"
