"Location was very remote so transportation was an issue. The restaurant was almost non functional and whatever we requested was not available or out of stock. The night reception staff was terrible. We wanted to book airport transfer but this staff never communicated with us and so we had to frantically run about to arrange alternative transport. "The hotel is just out of the hussle and bustle of Kandy city - about a 15min Tuktuk ride. Perfect to see all the sights in and around Kandy and then come back and relax in peace and quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the owner arranged trips and drivers in and around the Kandy area. The food is was amazing particularly Hassida's vegetable curry! "
