"They didnt get my message that I requested a bottom floor if no elevators so 1st night I had to climb stairs but they were able to accommodate us with a bottom floor room for the remainder of the stay. Very nice staff and so appreciative of theor efforts to accommodate me. Not sure how the message got sent to our Calgary hotel and not this one but it all worked out. Wi definitely stay again in the same type of room. It was a great location, not new or fancy but met our needs!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially loved the free live entertainment with wine and cheese—such a nice touch! It was also super convenient to have complimentary coffee, tea, and apple cider available daily. A special shoutout to Kudzai at the front desk who was absolutely amazing, and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!"
