"This was our favourite hotel during our entire japan trip . We had the family room with the bunkbed for the kids . We also had a beautiful view . So roomy And clean . Service was great . We also took the Tuktuk ride to the train station . Highly recommend this hotel ! "

"The hotel is right by the Rinku Station and you can walk to the outlets and restaurants close by. They offer late check out for a small fee which is very useful. Many convinience stores around and free shuttle bus to kix airport. Pure convenience "

"This is my most favourite hotel in Japan trip. very reasonable price Location is alway best for convenience if you use public transportation Fast check in and out Supper friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious! Only thing you need to be aware of that if you have lots of luggage you need to size down or well organized in order to keep the room tidy while stay . The room is small but well arrange and adequate. Most of the time we spent time to discover places so that matter weren’t bother me at all especially for their fair price! Definitely will Comeback and recommend to everyone. "

"I loved this hotel. The location is perfect. It's about a 6min walk to Namba City and Takashimaya dept store. 8 minutes to Namba station. 12 minutes to Dotonbori. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The room gets very cool which was nice for our hot summer stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Special shot out to Yushie ( I believe that was her name). The only thing I wouldn't spend your money on here is the breakfast buffet. I usually love all hotel breakfasts when traveling and this one was not good. That was literally the only negative. There's a food hall connected to the hotel open from 1000 -2200 that has pretty decent food options if you're too lazy to walk or it's raining. I will stay here again when back in Osaka.
