"Nice accommodations but communication with the staff is non-existent. Expedia couldn’t get a hold of anyone to ask about late checkout or getting more laundry detergent. For the price, it was worth it though. "

"It was nice and quiet with nice breakfast and friendly staff. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a great place to use as a base. Lots of eating options nearby. We were happy we stayed here."

"This was a great hotel and the staff were excellent.We have really good service from everyone, but one of the reception desk team was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to us, her name is, Kaori Motohashi. Kaori helped us sort out a parking ticket issue, her English is excellent and she is a credit to your hotel. "

"I came during the Winter Festival, and it's conveniently close to Asahikawa Station and the ice sculpture street. However, I had trouble finding the place at first, and I even entered a different Hotel Route-Inn nearby by mistake. After finding the right place and entering the room, I found the luggage rack already open and in the middle of the narrow corridor so I had difficulty entering the room with my suitcase. "It was a very busy time, lots of people checking in. Despite that, all staff very helpful and accommodating to foreign travellers. Hotel close to boulevard with many restaurants and coffee shops. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Loved walking around in Japanese style PJ’s. Highly recommend!"

"駅出てすぐのため、夜遅めの到着でも安心。コンビニも50Mくらい先にありました。素泊まりだったので、お食事は分からず。徒歩5〜10分くらいで飲食店が多いエリアに行けます。大浴場も夜通し空いているのでありがたい。フロントが3階のため、夜だったせいか、入り口がちょっとだけ分かりにくかったです。また旭川に行くことがあれば、必ずまたここで予約を取ると思います！"
