"2nd year returning to Parkroyal Collection KL. As always, a great stay and very convenient to access Bt Bintang and Pavilion Mall although traffic can be challenging at peak times due to centrality. Breakfast is great! Property was recently refurbished and very popular so some signs of wear is starting to show. Dampness from AC is evident when it is humid."

After complaining a hot plate of fries was delivered. Coffee maker was old ...... it was a challenge get it to brew. Bathroom and in-room tub design was pretty bad. Concierge had very little knowledge of local events or happenings."

"We stayed in a 2 bed apartment for 1 night. The apartment was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. Oasis has a great location in walking distance to all the major KL attractions. Only downsides were the soundproofing and the fact that only 2 elevators were working which meant you had to wait a while for them."
