"I had a great time at the Renai Hotel. The staff at the reception desk were always very helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean. Housekeeping was also very helpful and generous."
"Hotel situated right behind the general hospital, and hence parking space was very limited. Recommended only if you have matters at the hospital.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Ladies at the reception always had a smile on their faces.
My room was believed to be unoccupied for a very long time. Bedsheets were dusty and there were mosquito larvae in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, bedsheets were changed the next day when requested.
My shirt went missing after housekeeping. They were not able to trace it and I had to let go.

*Cons*
Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it before use at convenienced.
