Search Bed and Breakfast in Kampung Temiang

"One of the nicest locations I have ever seen for a hotel, however, the staff service is below, much below expectation. The check in lady was lovely but her manager/supervisor (in Mack suit) was rude to his staff and behaving in a way that he was more important than any mortal hotel guests! I stay in different hotels and have gold status in a few, but this is the first time I was told the rooms are available but I will have to pay the full early check-in price if I want that and the supervisor was instructing the front desk to say this to me. The restaurant closes after 10pm but from 9pm the staff were very reluctant to serve food as they were “closing soon”! My wife waited for 25 minutes for a portion of chips which they gave to someone else and never apologised and it was so late that their kitchen was closed. "

"The property was ok however one of the water heaters for the shower was not working during our stay. Affected our daily routine during the stay as everyone shared a toilet to shower and Genting is generally cold. We were compensated for this (Thank you). The trip to the resort is about 15-20mins drive, not too bad considering the price of this place and the ones in the Genting resort itself. There’s also good food nearby. "

"Property lacking in basic amenities. Did not even bother to change the bed sheets & towels even after I had specifically requested the front office to change it "

"Place was wonderful!. Nearby amenities. But reception staff was using a lot of tissues placing them on the table and was having running nose. Must correct all these as it was the front desk. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great experience. Better than I had anticipated. Clean and comfy apartment with nice views of the highlands. Quiet and yet not too far from food outlets. Would recommend for families."

"This hotel has been my regular place for myself and my family to relax whenever we make a trip for Genting Highlands. Their services and attitude has always been one of the best experience. They are very willing to accommodate to your needs. But sadly the dining options is very limited and I’d love to have the cigar lounge back. Although not many will be going but I do think having that as an option will be fantastic. Also I do hope that the wild monkeys are plan to be dealt with as they impose danger to young kids or infant. As they are not friendly and may intrude your rooms to take whatever they want to. But the place is just a perfect place. I’d love to get back there when Theo presidential suite is ready. "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "
