"Hotel experience okay. No reception for the hotel, check in at the restaurant below the hotel. Hotel should provide clear direction mentioned where to check in. No wifi in room."

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "

"The manager CP is really a super host, she works beyond her duty to make people feel comfortable and at home. She and other girls who stayed there are all become friends,We went out eating and had a good time. "

"When we showed up, they told us they dont work with booking websites anymore. They asked us to pay twice the agreed amount in cash and we had to go through with a refund from Expedia. Not worth the hassle!"

Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in!

"Wonderful hotel beautiful room and housekeeping excellent. We were upgraded to a room that allowed drinks and canapés in the Cornwallis lounge. Fantastic location walking distance to the street art and Chew Jetty. Buffet in the evening is excellent value and the breakfast amazing. Staff also wonderful cannot fault this!"
