"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"Property was located in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. Overall, liked the property and would still stay for short period only.."

"The facial recognition system needed to get into the place and operate the lift did not work and according to google reviews, often does not work. This meant I had to find staff anytime I wanted to go in and up to our room."

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"Hotel is close to shopping in Bukit Bintang and is, thankfully, a little bit away fromthe busy/noisy part of the area. We were able to walk to the Petronas Towers via the sky bridge that was close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again."

"All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
