"We were in and out of KL a couple times due to flights to other places and this is a fabulous airport hotel. (KL also great, but have explored before). An AMAZING breakfast of countless food varieties (pan Asian, Euro, American, etc). They do offer an indoor shuttle service via golf cart type rigs and even we, with small roller bags and being avid walkers, hopped on. It's a long ride.... All staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We'd stay again anytime. "

"Wonderful Birthday Stay! Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"

"Reserved 2 rooms as we have 2 young teenage kids and weren't comfortable staying on their own so requested for inter-connecting rooms. As that weekend the hotel was full they apologised and said they would be on the same floors but after trying all my kind persuasive ways staff member , AKid went above and beyond to help solve my issue. We also stayed there as the Mid Valley and Gardens mall were on site and the hotel has direct access to the centre. Parking can be an issue even though they have so many parks, it can get full during peak hours. First time to this hotel and it seems it has been refurbished and can't really complain about the rooms. Buffet breakfast was similar daily but again if you don't want to eat in the hotel there are many other options surrounding the hotel. The pool was clean and there wasn't many people using it. Also has a kids pool. They gym was a bit small but good enough for a quick workout. Would return to stay for sure."

"First time staying in this hotel. Super convenient if your itinerary is abt eating delicious food. Lots of very nice food around. There’s a newly open durian shop right opposite. Within 5 mins walk, u got all the famous must eat shop! The room was comfortable and quiet. We got the facing where we can see merdeka 118 and twin towers! Beautiful. Room is functional, bed is comfortable. Bath amenities are good. Service request is very promptly fulfilled..overall a good stay."
