"Bad services, call to them an hour no respond. And blame me never call immediately. Room like no aircon. Before check out time got someone open the door! Mercure should be the 4 star hotel, and end up received the super bad experience."

"The Staff no have dispiln and don't know how to take care the costumer 😠😠😠... Yes specially 6-2-2020 this date working lady morning shifts pls change the person....she talking like rubbish.... Staff want to wait costumer or costumer want to wait???? Staff service very poor....but 7-2-2020 morning working the malay staff good..."
